The Living Christmas Tree

Ella braved 3 shots on Friday! She was a trooper instead of a drama queen.
Her 4 year old stats: 35 lbs (75%) and 42 inches tall (90%). Everything about her, as the doctor cited, is "just perfect."

That evening I took Reagan and Ella to the Living Christmas Tree performance at Bethany Church. I thoroughly enjoyed the music and drama. The kids just wanted to dance in the aisle. Towards the end of the performance they dramatized the crucification. Ella sat straight up in her chair and watched intently. She had lots of questions, "Why is Jesus dying?" "Why are people mean to him?" She was very distraught. I answered her questions, but Reagan's response cleared it all up ... "but Ella, he rosed again after 3 days."





Reagan spent the night with us that night. The girls giggled and talked until I finally had to move Reagan out on the couch around 11pm.
We loaded up for Jack's 5 yr old birthday party Saturday morning. My van was at full capacity!








That evening it was party time again, Blaine's 3 yr old birthday. The highlight of the evening, Curt's homemade Butter Pecan Ice Cream AND Blaine's new Hummer.
