It only took me 315 days to learn this!

Just a few updates on my 10 1/2 month old:
Leah Claire can crawl, pull up to standing, and say Mama, Dada, bye, and head. She also has 4 teeth! The top 2 pushed thru this week! This month has been a big milestone for her. I'm guessing she'll be standing up by herself on her 1st birthday and walking at 13 months just like my other 2 did.

Feeding Frenzy!

Food is a never ending topic at our house. The minute one meal is finished, it's time to start fixing the next one. I am continually trying to create a healthy yummy menu for my family. The routine can get quite monotonous. But lately I've decided instead of changing up the menu, we'll just change up the eaters! Adding triplets and a 5 year old to the dinner table with my brood has been anything but monotonous.

Feeding the McClure kids and the White kids means no room at the table for mommies!

(And don't worry... Leah was eating too!)

Look at those sweet baby toes!
I'm pretty sure Leah's favorite "little piggy" is the one who "had roast beef!" heeehhee :)

Random pictures from February

Old Mother Hubbard went to the cupboard....

"Who? Me? I didn't make this mess."

"The sock hat's all dry Mom!"

Seriously though... my kids play "tornado" in the laundry room. And when the sirens sound, we really do head for the laundry room. We've camped out on the floor with blankets and flashlights a time or two.

Note to all readers: If our house gets tagged by a twister, check washer and dryer for children.

Snack Attack!

The always hungry female sniffs out her prey and slowly approaches..... "Grrrr... this animal-print shirt is good camouflage" , she thinks to herself.

The hungry Tigress is greeted by a familiar and friendly species.

The two share in a plentiful booty of puff-corn.

I admit it! I am slowly turning into a mother who thinks that her chubby (maybe even moderately obese) baby is at her cutest when eating a cookie.

What's so cool about having wrists and 1 chin anyway?

Birthday Week

David turned 34 on Saturday. Yes, 34! This will be the year that he finally graduates! Woo-hoo!
We had dinner at the Montereau with Nanny and Poppy to celebrate.

Even though the kids were still a little under the weather at the beginning of the week, our household is now officially well! Thank you Jesus!
Our healthy family was able to enjoy a visit to Braums and a day at the Boat and Travel Show (or more importantly.... mega-corn dogs at the Boat and Travel show!)

Tagged I'm it!

Here's how you play!
1. Go to your 4th folder where you store your photos.
2. Select your 4th picture (no exceptions)!
3. Post the picture with an explanation and link it back to your tagger
4. Tag 4 people (or as many as you want) to do the same!!

After much deliberation on whether to adhere to rule #2... I did! This picture proves that I need to delete all ridiculously obscure pictures from my computer.

Pictured: Devon as a Princess/Wizard (more masculine term for this get-up) with only one ear actually visible
Ella - nose and lips only
(Thank goodness I did not pursue photography as a career)

Now it's your turn:
1. Amy Long
2. Valarie
3. Tammy
4. Amy Schmidt

No laughing matter

Leah has RSV.
We've been doing breathing treatments every 4 hours and she's taking an oral steroid which is suppose to make her start breathing better. Although she doesn't seem to be struggling to breathe, her chest is making a "crackly" sound. You can even feel the crackles thru her back and chest.
My passive, calm, sweet Leah has become a needy, whiny, sick little girl. She just wants to be held - ALL the time.

David cleaned the vehicles and garage today, and stumbled upon his beloved clown wig. :)
Devon was scared out of his mind when David "The CLOWN" took after him.
(Yikes! I think I'd be a little scared too!)

"Daddy, is that you?"
