I asked Ella to repeat her memory verse from Church, which was, "God created the world and everything in it." I wasn't expecting to hear the entire passage of Psalm 24. I was amazed and so inspired that my 4 year old could recite an entire chapter from the Bible! This memorization is just one of the many things she has learned at Southside Christian Learning Center! I am so impressed with her teacher and the school. Besides learning scriptures and Bible stories, she can write all the letters of the alphabet and knows all the vowel sounds. Her teacher said she will be reading by the end of the school year! Her preschool has been one of the major highlights of moving to Pryor. Thanks Mrs. Backwater!

My Boo-tiful girls

October is here! And we're already singing our favorite Halloween song...
"Stirring and stirring and stirring my brew Oooo...... Oooo Tick-Tock Tick-Tock Tick-Tock BOO!"

Leah's new weird face
Leah invented this face while we were grocery shopping at Wal-mart yesterday.... I guess she was getting bored. She flashed her "weird" face at every customer and clerk. I couldn't get her to stop it! So weird!

Riding lawn mower
I'm not sure if it's actually legal to drive riding lawn mowers down city streets..... but no one seemed to mind. (Thanks for letting us borrow your lawn mower, Papa Paul!)
And who knew, it could be transformed into a 3 passenger mower?!

I love this boy!
This 3 year old is a sweet kinda trouble! A mischieveious little boy that's witty and smart.
His voice wakes the WHOLE house every morning and his little feet patter down the hall every nite.
He's scared of "funder" and full of energy.
And even though he averages about 3 spankings a day, I still thank the Lord for my ornery Mr. Devon!
